Yes, the Solar Panel will keep it powered up to which you will not have to recharge it. But, you must install it in direct light for most of the day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is the same battery. I switched batteries when I installed my solar panel. The battery has remained charged in the 90% since then. My other camera does not have a solar panel, so I have been alternating battery with a recharged one. I will soon use this as a second battery in that camera to extend battery life. Camera comes with one battery, but it can take two. I recommend two batteries without the solar panel.
