How often does the battery need recharged? null

It all depends on the amount of movement, i have cameras that don't see much movement that i haven't had to change yet (1 month) and some cameras in busy rooms that i have had to recharge/swap on a weekly basis. If the room sees a lot of traffic i recommend one of the plug-in/hardwired cams

It depends on your use of the camera. On my spotlight cam, I recharge my batteries once every 3 months or so.

It will depend on how much the camera is activated. If there is a lot of activity that your camera records, the battery will be depleted faster...

The battery needs to charge for at least 10 hours. I suggest having 2 batteries per camera so that you can charge one and still be able to have one in the camera. Another option is having the solar panel attachment for keeping the battery charged if it's in direct sunlight..that way you have 2 options of keeping it charged too..

I have owned my Ring for less than a month. I have motion alerts activated (I get about 8 to 10 per day), and I initially used the “Live View” feature several times as I was getting to know the Ring. I already had to change batteries (I bought a spare so I would always have a fully charged battery ready to go). I will be curious to see how long the battery will last now that I won’t be playing around with it, but I would be surprised if it makes it to the 6 to 12 month mark Ring says is possible... At least not with motion alerts on.

If the camera is in a high traffic area outside, about a month and a half. You can extend the life with some adjustments. Suggestion: if possible get the wired camera. If not, check into the solar panel. Neither of those suggestions, worked in my situation so I bought a second battery (camera allows two), that way I have no down time.
