“I purchased two batteries Sept of last year 7 months ago and recharged them once. Now I can't get them to recharge. are these batteries defective?”

• It sounds like it! I’m new to ring. I bought a backup battery so I will always have a fully charged battery because they take so long to charge. Sorry I can’t answer this question.

• Contact Ring Help .. Possible they might replace them . 7 months is a short time for the batteries to fail like that .
