They have been designed, tested and manufactured adhering to the highest industry standards. We recommend using only genuine Ring batteries. Non-Ring brand battery packs used in video doorbells or cameras may: Not fit properly. Have the incorrect battery specifications for your Ring device(s) and cause inaccurate battery reporting. Cause unexpected behavior from the Ring device after installation and during software updates. Drain too rapidly or not stay charged.
