A:AnswerYes it will BUT .. I have two (2) Spotlight Cams with solar panels . Each Cam has two (2) rechargeable batteries. After initial charging (took forever) and installation the batteries have performed well . The panels get 3-4 hrs of direct sunlight everyday . No issues after 60 days..
A:AnswerWe have owned the Ring 2 for a year. We live in an extremely cold environment (single digits-below zero) and I recharge the battery about once a month. The battery is still going strong.
A:AnswerMy battery lasts a long time! Months in fact! I do not check it constantly, if I'm home I do hear it indicate "motion" when someone walks by or a car or mail truck comes by. I don't have many people ring the doorbell on a regular basis. It indicates motion when I go out to water plants in summer, or put on Christmas lights. I bought a second battery so that I can just interchange the original with the new when one or the other needs charging.
A:AnswerNot sure the question. To charge the batteries you either purchase a solar panel that hooks to the camera or pull the battery out and charge them. I preferred to purchase an extra battery since the camera has space for 2.
A:AnswerHi Peter. The Quick Release Battery Pack is used in most of our battery powered Doorbells and Security Cameras. Some of the battery powered Doorbells have a built-in battery, so I'd recommend checking which model of Ring Doorbell you have to verify https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057317451-How-to-Find-Out-What-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-You-Have-and-Get-the-Right-Accessories-. For any additional questions, you can find answers from other neighbors on our peer-to-peer forum, the Ring Community https://community.ring.com/. Best, Ashley from Ring.
A:AnswerUsually receive a message on my phone that the battery is low. Also I usually chek the health of my Ring products to see how much charge is left on doorbell and and camera.
