“How far down or toward the ground can the lights be tilted? I have very narrow side yards and don’t want the lights pointing into my neighbors’ houses. It will be mounted on the side of my house, completely vertical.”

They are very adjustable but they are very bright , Maybe a wedge could angle it down a little more if necessary. Hope this helps .
