“My ring doorbell regardless of how I set the zones, will not pick up someone walking up to my door nor any car that pulls up to my house. A person AT MY DOOR, or cars driving past my house it will record a short video. IS THIS CAMERA THE SAME FINICKY WAY?”

• No it picks up everything so you will have to play with the setting to turn it down during daytime usually because it will capture everything
