Yes, it does come with a battery but no power cord. That you would have to purchase separately. Unfortunately there is no usb charge for the camera but for the battery instead.

Yes, it came with ours…..it was almost totally charged but our doorbell (that they installed together ) was only about half charged. The battery comes out to be recharged like a phone. It has the charging cord with it …but it’s only about 10-12” long.
