“My son set up the account and he shared it with his wife and me on the ring app. They both have live camera on and they don't have any problems but my live camera is not working what is the problem? Is there any limit of phone apps sharing?”

There should be a limit but I definitely recommend calling support & finding out why it’s not showing on your phone.
