A:AnswerThe battery indicator only lets you know if it is charging. Go to device health for battery level. It will be a lot lower or fail completely. Temperature and usage affects this. I had a problem this past winter even though it was hard wired.

The app is also compatible with Apple devices iOS 9.1 or newer, and desktops, tablets, and laptops running the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. and MacOS machines version 10.11 or newer.
