Yes Ring is in Alexa skills and has Android and iOS apps.
Video can only be saved with a Ring $3/month subscription.

It can be used with your phone. When there’s motion where the ring bell in install it notifies you in your phone and you can see who is there and you can speak with them.
 the video can also be downloaded into your phote(picture gallery) you can send the video through text message to family, friends, etc.

Videos would be save until you trial ends but once its expired you would not be able to save videos unless you pay the 3 dll fee every month

Idk about Alexa, but with cell, yes. The videos can be saved permanently with a $3/month charge.

But you can save the video and it has a neighbor “share” which will help out others if a intruder or person of interest
