I heard they sell a wedge for that or you can make one yourself.

I can absolutely understand how necessary device adjustments can be, when ensuring you are getting the best motion detection and use out of your Ring Video Doorbell (2020 Release). In some home environments, like your own, it may be necessary to angle the Ring Doorbell away from adjacent walls, or large items obstructing the field-of-view, with a corner kit. This accessory allows you to angle your device away from the offending object, up to 45 degrees.
