• IT MAYBE DEFECTIVE ! I HAD ONE THAT ACTED LIKE THAT..A SIMPLE FIX, { REPLACE SAID ITEM } !

• Go into setting on the ring app and turn up the motion frequency to high and the motion sensitivity to high then you’ll catch everything! :)
