I would say so.  As built in battery has unused power stored. My battery was at 35% capacity after 3 months.  Depends on activity.

Yes, if there is still a internet connection the Video Doorbell(2020) would still continue to using the battery. The Ring Video Doorbell (2020 release) is compatible with AC-powered door chimes operating between 8-24 volts. As long as you have a compatible setup, and your device is properly installed, your doorbell will receive a trickle charge from the wires. This trickle charge will help prolong the battery life on your device.
