My Ring 2 will produce a sound on my iPhone when the bell is rung. It will not produce a sound on my phone,that I have previously set up for motion. How do I correct this problem? Thanks null

In the app settings you can change the sounds of the notifications for each one separately, the doorbell and motion. You can also turn off this sounds or the notifications all together. I would just make sure that all those settings are correct. Mine works perfectly. Good luck I hope this helps.
