Hi Cath. Thank you for your question today! The Ring doorbells and camera's are designed with a dyi setup in mind. With this in mind, Ring doesn't offer a first party installation onsite support. There are a few third party installation support companies you can contact. Some of these third party installation support companies are OnTech and Greek Squad.
