Ring only ships it out to the stores it said first and then other retailers will get it later so it can be weeks or months until bestbuy carries it. I even contacted ring and bestbuy about this. Really misleading. I cancelled my order and ordered it through amazon. No point of waiting for a fake answer from ring.
