“I currently have a multiple chime Hampton Bay doorbell that I use. Will a Ring pro still play the multiple chimes on the HB doorbell? HB said it is compatible but wanted to be sure before I buy it.”

I saw this on the web site but when I installed the ring doorbell my chime would not work. Installer said there was not enough voltage to operate the chime properly. I am going to add a 24 volt transformer to see if that helps if not I will return the rind doorbell.
