“Is there any ring Doorbell with or without Chime that I can use without having to disable my existing doorbell chime. I have a wired doorbell. Can I install the ring doorbell over that wiring and then plug in ring chime or is there another step?”

With the wired Ring you can use your existing doorbell chime. The small receiver for it is wired into your existing doorbell chime. It’s possible you may have to replace your doorbell transformer if you have a very very old house but this works fine for most transformers
