Hi, Thank you for your interest in Roborock - Q7 Max+ Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum and Mop with Auto-Empty Dock Pure, APP-Controlled Mopping - White. 1. The robot will recharge and empty the dust bin when battery is lower than 20%. After it's charged to 80%, it will return to where it stopped to continue cleaning. 2. The robot is designed to slightly impact furniture to ensure the best cleaning effect. However, please be assured that the machine is provided with an ultrasonic sensor and a laser distance sensor. Most of furniture can be properly identified and the machine will decelerate when impacting on them; thus, furniture or the machine itself will not be bruised. 3. It is ok for cats. 4. It comes with 2 dust bags and 1 mop pad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Very smart machine and it does a great job mapping out your home and remembering it. It does return to its base for recharging and auto emptys dust bin. You do have to change dust bags when filled but it will tell you. Doesn't seem to bump into things as it detects ahead and stops. Depending on height of your furniture it can get stuck if it tries to go under and doesn't fit. I never leave it unattended. My dog is fine with it, not sure re: cats.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does remember where it left off it it needs to empty its bin or recharge. As for cats, if any waste is knocked out of the litterbox, your cat has an accident on the floor, or has any toys with a string you’re going to have a problem. This model and those below it don’t have the “Obstacle Avoidance Feature.” I contacted Roborock Customers Service after repeated fecal smearing and was told they’d replace mine for the same model used, void my warranty & not help if I had any future problems. Same model would still have tangled in strings, socks, towels, piddle pads, paper & smeared pet accidents around our home so I returned it.
