QuestionHi, does this auto-return to the dock to empty the bin and remember (return to) where it was in terms of vacuuming the apartment? Will it bump into the furniture and leave marks? Is it ok for cats? Does it come with mop pads and dust bin bags? Tx much

- Answer Hi, Thank you for your interest in Roborock - Q7 Max+ Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum and Mop with Auto-Empty Dock Pure, APP-Controlled Mopping - White. 1. The robot will recharge and empty the dust bin when battery is lower than 20%. After it's charged to 80%, it will return to where it stopped to continue cleaning. 2. The robot is designed to slightly impact furniture to ensure the best cleaning effect. However, please be assured that the machine is provided with an ultrasonic sensor and a laser distance sensor. Most of furniture can be properly identified and the machine will decelerate when impacting on them; thus, furniture or the machine itself will not be bruised. 3. It is ok for cats. 4. It comes with 2 dust bags and 1 mop pad.

QuestionHow are the brushes? Are they made of rubber? Is there any guard against pulling clothes, papers, carpets from the floor? Would it tear down the rugs if it finds a loose string and try to pull it off?

- Answer The main roller brushes are silicone or rubber. Customer Service told me this model doesn’t have their “Obstacle Avoidance Feature.” It will tangle up paper, socks, towels that fell off the hook, cords, strings, and if you have pets poop which it smears then sucks into its self emptying bin! The rollers come out easily to help with detangling but it won’t avoid the items unless you buy a more expensive model.

- Answer No. After it mops you need to remove & hand scrub the mopping pad. It only comes with one that you need to wet before it mops and clean after it mops.
