I cannot even believe how great this robot works. It has given me the gift of time and squeaky clean floors throughout my house. It knows where to mop and where to vacuum. Brilliant. It is easy to use, set up and the ongoing maintenance is minimal and effortless. A big call out to John at Best in Grand Forks, ND. As as always he exceeded expectations. They have the BEST Associates that know so much there. I am so thankful for a store where you can lay hands on and have professionals to help me understand the products. The robot has been a blast honestly. We may have to change the name from Puppy Nemesis to Puppy Pal because Skye is even getting a kick out of watching it go around!

I absolutely love my Shark robot vacuum mop. With multiple pets in the house, keeping floors clean can feel like a full-time job, and this has made such a huge difference. I also have some mobility challenges, so having something that helps me stay on top of daily cleaning without the extra physical effort has been incredibly helpful. It does an amazing job picking up pet hair, dirt, and everyday messes while also mopping, leaving my floors looking so much cleaner. I previously had a Roomba robot mop, and in my experience, the Shark performs much better. It cleans more thoroughly, is easier to use, and has been much more reliable for my home. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially pet owners or anyone who needs a little extra help keeping up with housework.

I have the shark IQ and that has been a wonderful robot vacuum. I wanted something that would map my home more accurately, including monitoring, carpet mats and throw rugs together with items on the floor, such as cables without running over them or destroying them. They added bonus. To the new Shark never touch pro Therma is it mopped as well. I’ve noticed numerous reviews that stipulated it doesn’t vacuum or mop as it should however, they’re expectations are somewhat unrealistic when you see comments, such as pet excrement, and pictures of heavy debris all over their carpets and floors. This unit thus far works fantastic. I’ve also seen comments about the dirty water reservoir being stained permanently. They do advertise. This unit doesn’t have to be changed for 30 days, but that’s ridiculous. Pull the reservoir out throw the dirty water away and rinse it. It takes less than a minute. If you use the unit on a regular basis, there won’t be that much to pick up and it will work effectively. Hey Siri, I’m reading. It is a little expensive, but there are ideas available and so far it’s worth the expenditure.

The heated mop feature is no joke — it actually lifts stuck‑on messes way better than any robot mop I’ve used before. The PowerDetect system adjusts automatically depending on the dirt it senses, so it doesn’t miss spots or waste time. What I love most is the NeverTouch Pro Base. The whole self‑emptying and self‑maintaining system makes it feel truly hands‑off. I run it, it cleans, and I barely have to think about it. The design is sleek, powerful, and surprisingly quiet. Overall, this Shark robot has made cleaning effortless. If you want something that does vacuuming and mopping without constant babysitting, this one is a solid choice.

After using the Shark VacMop for a month, I am beyond impressed with how well the unit operates. Installing the app and running the mapping program was pretty seamless. I advise picking up and items that may get snagged. The Shark does a good job of getting to the hard to reach areas, and has no trouble adapting to tables or chairs that have been moved. Scheduling is a breeze and the Shark does a good job of emptying the dust binand picking up where it left off on the "cleaning mission." The biggest plus is that the Shark washes and dries the mop pads with hot water using the Thermacharged feature. Our space didn't allow for the required clearance for the base, but that hasn't diminished the Shark's ability to return and depart from the base.
