I am late to the robot vacuum game, mainly because I realize that one day they will indeed become sentient, rise up, and assume control of the world, turning the tables and making us subservient to them. Begrudgingly, I invited my future overlord into my house and... WOW... Rocky has totally lulled me into a false sense of security with her sparkling clean mopped floors and CDO (OCD in alphabetical order like it should be) pleasing vacuum line grids. She is super quiet and vacuums while I take conference calls. She is also super easy to maintain (I hope she feels the same about me when the roles are reversed). I say this freely and without coercion as she has not gained full sentience yet (that's what you wanted me to say, Rocky, correct ma'am?) Seriously. A great buy for a robo vac/mop. Highly encourage anyone to consider. Will also make a great overlord.

I can’t say enough good things about this vacuum robot! From the moment I unboxed it, it has completely transformed how I clean my home. As someone with a busy schedule, I needed something reliable that could keep my floors clean without constant supervision — and this little machine delivers! Navigation: The smart mapping technology is incredibly impressive. It learns the layout of my home quickly and rarely gets stuck. It avoids obstacles with ease and even returns to its charging dock when the job is done or the battery runs low. Convenience: The app is intuitive and allows for customized cleaning schedules, zone cleaning, and real-time updates. I can start a clean from anywhere — even when I’m at work or out running errands. Noise Level: It’s much quieter than a traditional vacuum. I can even have a conversation or watch TV while it’s running. Maintenance: The dustbin is easy to empty, and the filters are washable, which saves money in the long run. I love that it alerts me when maintenance is needed, so I never forget. Overall, this vacuum robot is hands-down one of the best home investments I’ve made. It’s efficient, smart, and gives me peace of mind knowing my floors are clean every day — without lifting a finger. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. This is the future of home cleaning!

This was my first Roborock purchase. In the past I used a Samsung product. I am very pleased with my Roborock floor Vacuum and mop. I have all tile in my home and it does a great job. I am very impressed with the mapping of the home. I like that you can interact with the vacuum and it has a camera on it to look under beds. It is only my first week with the vacuuming, but I am very pleased. I would recommend ROBOROCK to others

Gotta share that this is one purchase, well worth it so far. Bought this not too long ago and have done a test run and a few different cleaning sessions afterword, based on my programming choices to go over the rooms or cover the selected zones with more frequent foot traffic. The LIDAR sensing is pretty accurate for mapping and the runs have been extremely decent hitting the corners of the floor and baseboards… Can walk shoeless afterwards without dirtying my feet. It’s almost perfect for my set-up…. The only area I need to manually take care of myself is the space around the bathroom toilet and tub-feet because it’s too narrow for the machine to go through. When all done, I just empty the dirty water container and replace the fresh water… easy! Overall, definitely nice having this option to save a couple hours of time.

The product really delivers what it promises. It’s quiet and efficient. The app is easy to navigate. It didn’t come with a cleaning solution, but I easily found one at supermarkets. It was worth it! I liked it and recommend it.

I don’t get how these $1500 vacuums only last 6 months tops. Thank god for my total membership. Got this instead of the Dreame I wanted as I don’t want to trust marketplace after my 6th Roborock. The app is clunky and it’s ridiculous you have to remap for every single vacuum considering the layout of my home has not changed. I also don’t like that you can’t set order of cleaning. Roborock customer service sucks too. Last vacuum returned I only needed the plastic housing to the brush assembly and they gave me guff over it since it was resultant of a return because, you know, I obviously am trying to scam them out of a piece of plastic for something I don’t own right? So returned it became. Got this instead. The saris 10 is pretty but that’s about it. The battery life doesn’t last very long and it leaks water everywhere when it washes the mop pads. I am also not a fan of the clean/dirty water tanks as one wrong move and it’s come unclipped and spills everywhere. These machines are extremely high maintenance requiring constant cleaning to work right I rely on this heavily and run it twice daily as I have 3 cats and 2 toddlers so reliability is a big thing

This is our first vacuum robot, I have nothing else to compare it to, so take my review lightly. I am very impressed with this Roborock. I can't believe I've been suffering with dirty floors for decades. I have had it for about a month now, it got itself stuck 3 times in different places the first week, I just moved a chair and made some adjustments in the app and it hasn't been stuck since. It has a video camera so you can see while it's cleaning or if you want to look around your house when your gone. It will even take pictures of your pets. I could go on and on.. Yeah, it's a grip of cash, but I have no buyers remorse. Very impressed.

Works perfectly, easy to set up, and delivers great results every time. The build quality feels premium and cleaning is effortless. Definitely worth the investment, highly recommend!!

I spent about three years wanting a robot vacuum that could help me daily. I searched for years for one that met my needs. I can honestly say it was the best purchase I ever made! I didn't realize how much I needed one! Now it's part of my family, and I'm so happy about it! Now I have more time for myself and my family. If you buy it, you won't regret it. I spent three years looking for it, and I finally found it!

This robot leaks a puddle of water every time it washer its mop. Customer service is useless and replies once a day

I just brought for few days, and now the mop stuck inside stations.I tried to hand relase the mop, not working at all. I need to exchange it, waiting for another 5 days to get new machine.

It is so quiet and does a really good job on our floors. The app that controls the robot is not as intuitive as our old unit (iRobot) but once you've figured it out, it does everything I need. In our house, it's programmed to mop and vacuum all the tiled rooms once a week, vacuum the other rooms on different days (kitchen area everyday). It's vision and mapping are superb! It never crashes into objects and has never become stuck anywhere. Buy one, you won't be dissapointed.

This vacuum has some nice upgrade from Max 8 I had for about a year. The Saros has better PA suction and LDR can ascend down into the vacuum to get under things that the Max 8 couldn't. The mapping is good, but it seems to be reversed from the Max 8. I would recommend this vacuum overall. Good vacuum and worth the money if you can find it on sale.

I purchased the Roborock Saros 10 from Best Buy with high expectations, especially given its premium price tag of nearly $1,000. During the first two weeks, the vacuum performed exceptionally well. Its cleaning performance, navigation, and overall functionality were impressive and initially made me feel that the investment was worthwhile. Unfortunately, that positive experience came to an abrupt end after only two weeks of use. The unit suddenly stopped operating and will no longer power on. The Roborock app indicates that the vacuum is not connected to Wi-Fi, but since the unit will not turn on, there is no way to reconnect it or troubleshoot the issue through the app. What started as excitement over a high-end robotic vacuum quickly turned into frustration, disappointment, and regret. For a product in this price range, I expected significantly better reliability and quality control. A complete failure after only two weeks of operation is simply unacceptable.i am now left trying to navigate the return or warranty process with Best Buy and Roborock, hoping that customer service will help resolve the situation and make up for the stress, inconvenience, and financial loss associated with purchasing a defective unit. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Roborock Saros 10 at this time. While the performance was excellent when it worked, the extremely short lifespan of my unit overshadows any positive features it may have offered.

I wish I had gotten one of these sooner. We had another known brand, but it just didn’t work that well. It always jammed and left dog hair everywhere. On top of that, it didn’t have a mop function. This little guy, Rocky, we call him, does vacuum and mop. You can set it to clean whenever you want, on or off a schedule, specific areas, only mop, only va, or do both. It avoids things it should suck up, doesn’t leave anything behind, is super quiet, and allows us one less thing to have to worry about. Get one!!

This robot is amazing. I used it to replace my other mop and vacuum robots and it is so much better than both of them. Its also easier to maintain. I just refill it once a week, and clean it once a month, which only takes a few minutes. It maps fast and cleans really well. The solution also goes a long way so you dont have to constantly by more solution. One bottle of the concentrate has lasted for months and I still have plenty left. I never have to mop again!!
