Shark - Stratos 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop With 25+ Hands-Free Features & NeverTouch Self-Cleaning Base - White

I love shark/ninja and have not bought a single product that wasn’t amazing, until this vacuum. I had another brand for years and it finally kicked the bucket so I immediately went to look at shark and settled on this. I purchase Black Friday so I saved money but now feel like I have still paid to much. First of all this robot has zero object awareness. It unplugs things, will run over your foot and ever dragged my floor lamp half way across the room. With all of that it will sometimes throw an error coming off the rug in my living room saying it’s on a cliff and needs to be repositioned. This is my first robot that mops and I didn’t have some exceptional expectations on it because I was just looking to maintain. It would do 10 times a better job with mop attachments that rotate and with some thin layer of material. This has one thin strip and despite it cleaning the strip, after one use the next run is streaky, especially in high traffic areas. I’ve tried different program settings areas and times and it just doesn’t perform at the level of this price point. The app is very basic so if you have had another brand with a fancy app this is not the same. The best feature is it’s much quieter than my previous unit that sounded like a jet engine when it emptied.

I had a shark robot vacuum brand new about 8 years ago (vacuum only) and honestly, it was a trooper. It spread dog diarrhea around the floor 1 too many times and I yeeted that thing into the backyard in a rage. This Shark, however, has so much amazing technology in it to avoid these things and it literally mops + takes care of the tank for you. It’s beautiful looking and her name is Sharkira. She is worth every penny.

I absolutely love the Shark Stratos! The biggest thing I like is how hands-free it is. It vacuums and mops, empties the debris, refills the water, and cleans and dries the mop pad automatically. That makes a huge difference compared with having to manually refill water or clean the mop after every use. The cleaning performance is really good, and the navigation and mapping have worked well for me. I also love that it can detect carpet and lift the mop so I don’t have to worry about getting the carpet wet. The floors feel noticeably cleaner after it runs. The NeverTouch base is honestly my favorite feature. I wanted something that would actually save me time and reduce daily cleaning, and this does that. There are still some things that need occasional maintenance, but overall it makes everyday cleaning so much easier. I would definitely recommend the Shark Stratos to anyone looking for a powerful vacuum and mop that does most of the work for you. For me, the hands-free features are what make it worth it.

Great product for a family with kids. Takes the stress about the floors having to be cleaned every other day. We have all tile floors with kids and dogs so we use this daily and it’s such a huge help. I feel like I can finally have my house constantly clean at all times and it’s so much easier to focus on other things that need to be cleaned instead of the floors. 10/10

It also gets the water up as it mops the floor so the floor is clean and dry.
