Shark - Stratos 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop With 25+ Hands-Free Features & NeverTouch Self-Cleaning Base - White

I love shark/ninja and have not bought a single product that wasn’t amazing, until this vacuum. I had another brand for years and it finally kicked the bucket so I immediately went to look at shark and settled on this. I purchase Black Friday so I saved money but now feel like I have still paid to much. First of all this robot has zero object awareness. It unplugs things, will run over your foot and ever dragged my floor lamp half way across the room. With all of that it will sometimes throw an error coming off the rug in my living room saying it’s on a cliff and needs to be repositioned. This is my first robot that mops and I didn’t have some exceptional expectations on it because I was just looking to maintain. It would do 10 times a better job with mop attachments that rotate and with some thin layer of material. This has one thin strip and despite it cleaning the strip, after one use the next run is streaky, especially in high traffic areas. I’ve tried different program settings areas and times and it just doesn’t perform at the level of this price point. The app is very basic so if you have had another brand with a fancy app this is not the same. The best feature is it’s much quieter than my previous unit that sounded like a jet engine when it emptied.

I had a shark robot vacuum brand new about 8 years ago (vacuum only) and honestly, it was a trooper. It spread dog diarrhea around the floor 1 too many times and I yeeted that thing into the backyard in a rage. This Shark, however, has so much amazing technology in it to avoid these things and it literally mops + takes care of the tank for you. It’s beautiful looking and her name is Sharkira. She is worth every penny.

Great product for a family with kids. Takes the stress about the floors having to be cleaned every other day. We have all tile floors with kids and dogs so we use this daily and it’s such a huge help. I feel like I can finally have my house constantly clean at all times and it’s so much easier to focus on other things that need to be cleaned instead of the floors. 10/10

Thank you so much to Shark and Bestbuy. This is the second one in the family. I have purchased two. Shark has the BEST Robot mop/vacuum. It also gets the water up as it mops the floor so the floor is clean and dry.

These things have come a long way since the 1st one we had 6 or 7 years ago. I have 3 dogs and a cat and have had no trouble (so far) with it keeping the pet hair in check. I run it every day while I am at work and it gives me a nifty little report on the app to tell me what it cleaned and where it couldn't get to. I don't have to sweep and mop all the time because of this, but you don't want to toss your broom and mop just yet. This thing is great for keeping things manageble, but you will still need to deep/crevice clean occasionally. It helps that we just got the whole floor redone so there is almost no transitions, but it has little acuators that lift it up a little when it needs clearance, and it KNOWS where you have hard floor and where you have carpet and if you tell it to mop it will only mop the hard floor. Honestly surprised at how well this works so far.
