Pretty sure I remember reading these put 18.1gbs of information through which means they are hdcp 2.2 compliant, in other words, hdmi 2.0.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the cables were purchased 4 years ago, they definitely are not providing the new standard. With 4k coming to market, cables have made significant upgrades.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you purchased the cables 3-4 years ago, most likely that they are 1.4a version.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HDMI 1.4 and 2.0 cables are the same. HDMI 2.0 is a software difference in both the TV and the device you're attaching, so the hardware is pretty much the same. Any 1.4 cables with high speed ethernet will do HDMI 2.0 functions. There's a good resource on the HDMI organization website (HDMI.org) http://www.hdmi.org/manufacturer/hdmi_2_0/hdmi_2_0_faq.aspx
