“I want to have the option to play my ps4 on my pc monitor and then when I'm done be able to watch Netflix on my ps4 on my other tv not necessarily at the same time. Is this the right product for that?”

You can connect your PS4 to this Splitter and you will see the same sound and image on a Monitor and a TV.
