If you want to be sure it's the best cable around, look for cables labeled as 'High Speed', and the ones that have a sticker on them saying 'HDMI Certified Premium'. What really effects the quality is both the TV itself, as well as the source of the video playing.

• I purchased this cable to connect my Xbox One S to my Samsung UN65KS8500 4K SUHD TV and it works great. This is a high quality HDMI cable that supports all of the latest video technologies and has great shielding. But if you already have an HDMI cable and have poor picture quality this new cable may or may not help, it depends on what is causing the poor picture quality.
