“We only have 2 devices plugged into our rocketfish HDMI box and the input will spontaneously switch. Is there a way to fix that issue?”

• Some hdmi devices has an option to share power state, you turn on the device, the tv turns on automatically. This hub when it gets that signal just switch, so go on device and see if you can turn that off.
