I’ve actually encountered this issue myself with thr PS4 Pro and Xbox One X I own as I wanted to use their 4K options on a 4K monitor as well. In order to pull it off, you need to make sure the devices in question support 4K resolutions and once you’re hooking them up to the monitor, make absolutely sure you’re using HDMI cables that have 4K support with the cables going into the box as well as the cable that goes out into the monitor. I hope that cleared it up if you haven’t already got an answer!

Unit is powered on and switches between inputs (unit must be powered on to operate. ). B.). You have VERIFIED that the monitor is plugged into the OUTPUT port? C.). Have you tried the Rocketfish on another monitor or on your television setup? Just inset it in the HDMI signal to your TV, does it work? D.). Lastly, try a “Functional Reset”. Power down everything! Unplug all HDMI connectors. Now, plug the HDMI INUTS in and power them up. Now plug in the monitor and power it up. Lastly Power on the Rocketfish and see if the system works. If the unit is still “dead” I would return it to Best Buy!
