• as far as i can tell, no it cannot. i has 4 inputs and only one output. that means you can connect multipule devices to one output

• No, it’s only to adds multiple HDMI devices to a single port from the TV. Only 1 port is active at a time. I ran out of ports for all the video games systems we have so with this I don’t have to go to the back of the TV anymore.
