Yes you can. You can hook up to four devices with one HDMI port using this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, as long as your cable DVR and DVD player both have HDMI outputs. Also, technically it’s not a splitter. It is a remote controlled HDMI switch. The remote control will let you select either your DVR or DVD player, for viewing on your tv. This will require additional HDMI cables, for hookup. Your example will require a minimum of 3 HDMI cables in total.
