• Oh yes, you can have a very expensive TV but if your cables are cheap you will tell the difference. Hope this helps

• It will work, however you could spend less and just get a full hd hdmi cord over this one as it’s rated for 4K and HDR. No they will not give you any added bonus for picture or sound due to your tv not supporting 4K.
