Check to see if there is any information in your manual or on the website if this has some sort of anti glare screen built into the TV. This would be the reason this happens. Also is this an LCD or an LED....as I have noticed that some of the new LED tvs have that anti glare and unless you have a direct line of sight it does fade when looking at it from and angle

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is due to the viewing angle of the TV. Not all TVs have viewing that are 180 degrees. Some are like 178 or so and then there are some that are less than this. So if it is less than this, your picture will fade the closer you get to the side of the TV.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s the tv screen itself. Depending on what type of display you have, (lcd, plasma, dlp, etc.), it will dim if not viewed straight on.
