This a 4K HDMI cable. The conductors are covered by a sheath to insulate and protect the conductors. Not sure if this answers your question - 65% conductors, 5% hdmi connectors, 30% insulation/sheath.

Use it to connect you sound bar to your tv and the tv to the cable box. You receive a better picture on your tv, than using the standard coax cable. Some sound bars require a HDMI cable to connect it to a tv.
