No, I just tried it because the Best Buy rep said it would. You have to get a HDMI 1.3 or Dual Link...it doesn't say anywhere what version of HDMI cable this is...

Since my TV has 240hz refresh rate at 1080p, I believe it can carry an image with 144hz at 1080p..

NOOO!! you will need a dvi-d port cable to get to 144hz on a pc. hdmi will not get u there..

the only cord that can carry an image at 144hz is Display Port. HDMI is limited to 60hz
