“I just bought a Rocketfish 4k 4ft cable for my vizio smart tv, but the picture is not as good and freezes up and the volume goes away for moments. My husband hooked it up from the cable box the the tv hdmi1. Is it supposed to go somewhere else?”

• It shouldn't matter which HDMI input on your tv is used. Try using (arc) if available.
