Audioquest is a much better choice. It’s worth the extra money.

They are both the same speed, buy whichever one is cheaper.

HDMI cables are pretty generic. You can pay LOTS of $$ for a whole lot of not much. Cnet has a great article about HDMI cables which will answer all your questions.
