“Do these cables officially support Dolby Vision? I am having some screen flickering and freezing issues with Dolby Vision on the Apple TV 4K with my 2017 LG OLED C7 and I’m starting to wonder if it’s these cables or the Apple TV software.”

Yes they support Dolby vision. I believe it's an issue with the two products . Maybe contact apple or LG to help resolve the issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What I’ve read is that Apple TV 4K outputs all streams in only one format. The software on it that does the conversion sometimes has glitches. Other times the tv may not accept this file type and then tried to use its own software to fix it. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.How is your tv getting signal for online features? Wireless or Ethernet LAN? You may not have enough download speed from your ISP if wireless. Another thing to check is that wiring is correct. For Sony, cable box to HDMI 2.2 on tv, DVD to sound bar then sound bar ARC out to tv ARC in.
