“This thing worked fine when I first hooked it up. Now, just a bit over a month later, I can't get my phone nor my computer to pair with it. I've tried restarting everything. Would this indicated that it's broken? Is there a warranty on this item?”

I have found that if you have any other Bluetooth devices in the vicinity that were previously paired with the receiver, you need to make sure the Bluetooth is turned off on those devices that you don't want paired.
