• most likely it will, but I'd you buy it and find out it doesn't, make sure you return it within 15 days. the return policy recently changed.

• According to http://www.meetmhl.com/DoIHaveMhl.aspx, your Samsung Galaxy Nexus is MHL compatible and should work with this adapter
