We asked Best Buy to send out one of their guys to mount it. The guy who came had mounted so many before ours that he knew exactly how to do the job and was very good at asking us where on the wall we wanted it, how high, etc. He also knew how high most people mount our size TV when viewing from regular size chairs or sofas. Very professional and definitely worth the cost.
