• A:Answer I had the same problem. You have to use the Studs or your TV will end up on the floor. You can move the TV side to side on the mount. You have about 6" on each side to move.

• A:Answer We asked Best Buy to send out one of their guys to mount it. The guy who came had mounted so many before ours that he knew exactly how to do the job and was very good at asking us where on the wall we wanted it, how high, etc. He also knew how high most people mount our size TV when viewing from regular size chairs or sofas. Very professional and definitely worth the cost.

Q: QuestionCompatible with Samsung UN65H6350 ??Salesman at BestBuy said it would fit. However, BestBuy.com doesn't offer it as a recommended accessory. I feel like an idiot asking this question, as it is under 70" and under 130lbs. But need to make sure. Thanks all. weights 56.2lbs 65 inch tv.

• A:Answer I used it to hang the same TV, just a bit smaller. I hung the 60" with it and it works fine. It was easy to install with two people also. Only suggestion is to make sure all your cables are connected to the TV first, before you hang it, because even though it tilts, it's barely enough to reach a hand behind the TV to make any connection changes.

Q: QuestionCan This Be Mounted On A Plaster Wall?My home was built in the 1940's, thus all of the walls in my home are plaster, including the ceiling. Thus there are no "Studs" as found in walls made with sheet rock. Has anyone ever mounted a stand to a plaster wall with a LG 42LB6300 HDTV (42') with an approximate weight of 26 lbs? Is there additional hardware I would need to purchase such as "anchors" and if yes...what kind do you recommend?

• A:Answer Plaster walls also have studs. The studs will be more difficult to find. On top of the studs you will have lath, which are horizontally mounted boards with some space between them. You might be able to use anchors but I recommend finding the studs. Here is how I find studs: first I knock on the wall and note the tone. The pitch is higher for where the stud is located and you have less of an echo. My method is better than any kind of stud finder. Once you think you have located a stud, use a small 1/16 inch to 1/8 drill and drill into the wall about every half inch until you hit a stud. Plaster and drywall repairs very easily. use anchors and you will only need one large lag bolt going into a stud, it should hold very well.

Q: QuestionWould this work for a 75 in Samsung TV. It says it only goes to 70 in, but this is the mount that came up as a recommendation when purchasing the 75 in Samsung?

• A:Answer Yes, it works on my 75" Samsung Q7 just fine. Answers here that say it won't work are wrong. I don't understand why they even mention a limit of 70" in the description. As long as the weight is ok and the bolts fit (which they will) this mount will work fine. I have three of them and use them on a 75", 65" and 50". All work perfect.

Q: Questiondo you have the dimensions of the MountI need dimensions for the Rocketfish™ - Tilting TV Wall Mount for Most 32" to 70" Flat-Panel TVs (i.e. height and width ) It would be nice to see the depth tiltied. I see the depth is 1.9" flat. I could use this information asap we are trying to determine to purchase, we have a tight deadline due to trade show.

• A:Answer If the depth is 1.9" that would be the be the distance between the wall and the BACK of the TV. If your TV is 3" deep, it will stand 4.9" off of the wall at flat. At full down tilt considering a 42" set, the top may be about 7" from the wall. If you are using this at a trade show on a pole mount, be aware of the change to the center of gravity of this.

• A:Answer This what we used the mount for and worked fine. As the mounts were not adjustable and the studs were not set up to be centered on both the wall/tv, we added cross beams to the studs and mounted to the cross beams. Worked great and I know it's not going to come down.

• A:Answer This mount allows a 3-inch space between the back of the TV and the wall. So it is hard to plug in anything once the TV is mounted. I plugged in all the cables and cords before I finished mounting mine. But I forgot to attach the power cord. It was a struggle to attach it after mounting. The mount tilts, but it doesn’t allow enough space to make plug-ins easy. If your TV has side mounting porch rather than back, it will be easier of course.

• A:Answer The amount that attaches to the wall can be installed either way as long as it is level and running parallel to the floor and ceiling. The brackets that attached to the television in the back or also interchangeable, however you will not I have easy access to theAdjustment knobs that lock the television at a certain angle. You want to use knobs on the outer edge rather than pointing to the Center for accessibility.
