If the depth is 1.9" that would be the be the distance between the wall and the BACK of the TV. If your TV is 3" deep, it will stand 4.9" off of the wall at flat. At full down tilt considering a 42" set, the top may be about 7" from the wall. If you are using this at a trade show on a pole mount, be aware of the change to the center of gravity of this.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my installation the TV side of the bottom of the upright is approximately 1.25" from the wall and the TV side of the top of the upright is approximately 3.25" from the wall. Your mileage may vary :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Height is 17.4inches, width 28.5inches. Unfortunately, the tilt depth will depend on the TV that is attached.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The TV mount only tilts up to 2" maybe. So little you can't notice it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The wall plate is 30" by 6" and is held in place by 4 5/16" lag bolts or 4 Molly bolts. Once mounted the TV can be tilted up to approx 15 degrees down. The bracket that gets screwed to the back of the flat screen is predrilled to fit standard VESA mounting hole already in your screen. Hope this helps.
