The Rocketfish 32-70 inch tilting tv wall mount. I think it's $99. Not sure. Easy to install. Has different length screws to fit your tv. If your plate is not level after installing on wall, the brackets that attach to the bck of the tv can be adjusted just a torn of a screw on each side so your tv is level

Since you have a 46" TV, there are 2 available Rocketfish mounts to choose from: RF-TVMFM03 or RF-TVMP40.

If you want side to side motion you will need a full motion mount as the tilt mount only accomodates for tilting longitudinally.
