• It should. Keep in mind it only tilts doesn't swivel.

• Yes it should. I say should as I have not mounted a Sony with this bracket, but I have used the mounting kit. It is capable of mounting up to 70" flat screen. I mounted a 70". The TV brackets have holes for just about any spacing. There are 2 of them as the picture depicts. The kit includes M type screws in the following sizes: M4 M5 M6 x 12mm 35mm M8 x 16 20 35 There are spacers and washers as well. The Sony probably has these screws on the back of the TV in the mounting holes from the factory. Its a very sturdy kit. It's a good buy.
