“Does anyone know how to make it tilt more down ? Mine tilts more upward than it does downward”

• Change the holes used in the mounting arms. The higher your tv sits on the pivot point the more it can swing down before hitting the wall. Keep in mind that you also don’t want it to be too high. It will cause it to be unbalanced. There is a happy median.
