It has pull down spring locks on bottom of bracket mounted to the tv back.

Please try again later.On the version that I installed there is a small screw at the top of each of the hook brackets (mounted the the back of the flat screen) that hooks over the wall mount that has to be loosened in order to remove the TV from the wall mount component. There is also a spring component at the bottom of the same brackets mounted to the back of the TV that releases the bottom the mount.
