• Well, I placed one inch spacers between the wall and the frame. This way I can reach. Flat screen tv manufacturers should place the connectors to side(s).

• If you have a really big TV this can be difficult. There's knobs on both sides of the bracket. Turn them left to loosen them, then you can adjust the TV to how tilted you want it. Lastly, make sure those knobs are tightened back up and then you're golden.
