“Thinking of buying this to hook up speakers in my kitchen to extend sound from my livingroom. There shouldn't be any concerns with hooking up to Speakers B on my receiver instead of Rear? Also, I see a couple of different answers for wattage. 25 WPC?”

They should work. You can hook up the transmitter to the speaker B terminals on your receiver and the speakers to the terminals on the receiver unit in the kitchen. The range is supposed to be up to 100 feet on the 2.4ghz band. Just don't throw the box away...just in case...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Wattage isn't an issue, the speakers only receive the maximum wattage of the rocketfish reciever, not the wattage of your stereo. You would be limited to the level of volume their receiver can output though, so it really depends on how loud you need it to be.
