• It automatically connects. Turn on the sending unit, then turn on the receiver and they should connect automatically if the are in range.

• Just like any other wireless devices, you have to pair them together like you would a phone to a Bluetooth speaker. Since they operate at a different frequency, there’s no chance that you would pair them with something else that they shouldn’t be.
